Sharing my creative adventures, big and small.

From silly little sketches and poems, to new books and exhibitions, I want to share how I live creatively, in the small daily ways and the big, pinch me, moments.

I'm an artist, author and creative thinker, but I haven't always been good at sharing my work. I started my 20s convinced that I wouldn't let the daily grind interfere with my creative goals, and even though I always made time to write, paint, draw and sew, I ended my 20s realising that I hadn't achieved many of my creative goals. Now, I'm determined to live more authentically, deliberately designing a life that enables me, not just to be creative, but to be mindful in the way that I create, participate in community and continue to grow.

Currently, I'm living in Wellington, Aotearoa, enjoying the privilege of a creative sabbatical. I'm working on a novel, a body of paintings and slowly building a life of joy.

I self-published A Creature in 2016, it feels great to be working towards defined projects again and to have a space to share them!
